Vintage y2k pinafore style suspender overall mini dress by D-Stiag, in a railroad striped denim with stretchy straps. They convert from a dress to a low rise mini skirt by disconnecting the straps from the buttons at the front and back of the waist. Once the straps were disconnected, the skirt was shown clipped on the model in the photos.
